Van Lining

The installation of van lining should never be seen as an expense but more as an investment and it makes no difference if you are a sole trader with a single vehicle or a fleet operator the benefits are the same.
General benefits for load carrying vehicles can best be summarised as follows:
- Van lining protects the shell of the vehicle from any movement of a load along with other accidental damage, thereby reducing maintenance costs which in turn improve residual value of the vehicle.
- Ply lining combined with insulation makes for a more comfortable drive by reducing noise whilst improving warmth in the winter and cooling in the summer.
For non-goods carrying vans such as camper vans, emergency response vehicles, mobile offices, and mobile libraries a plywood van lining provides the base onto which decorative finishes including plastic laminates, fabrics and specialist van carpets.
Flooring
It would be unusual for us to line a vehicle without also installing an appropriate floor which provides similar benefits to the van lining. Various materials are used, depending upon how the van is to be used including Wisa coated plywood and composite panels.
Both options offering a much better flooring solution to the use of standard plywood.

Our van lining services.
Although best known for our van conversions which always include the need for van lining, we are more than happy to provide advice and accept van lining only commissions.
As a company dedicated to bespoke vehicle conversions, we provide the same service to sole traders with a single vehicle as we are for those operating a large fleet. Each receives the same level of diligence, quality of finish and personal service. And this also applies to individuals who may want a van lined professionally for them to undertake a conversion themselves which is often the case with those seeking to build their own camper vans.
If, in addition to van lining you require the installation of bespoke shelving or racking we can do that for you at the same time. alternatively, if a decorative finish is required, we have a team of skilled van carpet lining specialists who are experienced in converting camper vans, day vans and minibuses.
Incidentally, if you need to carry loads that require special securing or need equipment fitted to the walls we can design and advise on structural supports that may be necessary prior to the lining being applied.
Van brands, models, and sizes

We have no restrictions on the make or model of van for which we can provide and install van linings. Size too is not a problem as we are happy to work on smaller models right up to larger L4H3 models.
We can install our linings into both new and used vans.
