This vehicle was originally built as a mobile medical centre and is ideal for that use again. However, now that all medical equipment has been removed, the interior is effectively an empty canvas for a multitude of other uses, creating the opportunity for repurposing for uses such as a community or outreach vehicle, or an exhibition vehicle, product demonstration, plus many alternative roadshow applications.

Base vehicle and exterior features

Isuzu N75 150bhp Euro 6 manual gearbox 7.5 ton chassis cab with GRP fairings fitted to cab.
Fitted with 6.3m long by 2.45 m wide fully insulated body. All of which is finished in white gloss, manufacturer’s standard white.
There are underfloor lockers which provide equipment storage.
There are manually operated corner steadies to stabilise the unit.
The body is fitted with 2 hydraulically operated extending pods with one to the nearside and one to the offside.
The nearside (main entrance) is fitted with a glazed double entrance door accessed by entrance steps with handrails. A wind-out awning is located above the entrance door. This extension pod also features 4 windows to provide natural light.
There is a hydraulically operated stretcher lift fitted to the rear end with an entrance door which could easily be converted for wheelchair access.

Interior features

The interior consists of white gloss GRP wall linings.
Heavy-duty vinyl floor covering is fitted throughout.
Partition to front of the interior creates a toilet cubicle and separate small office.
The toilet is fitted with a chemical cassette WC with built-in wash basin. Ventilation is provided by a small high-level window and 1 extractor fan.
The office has a laminated desk with high-level cupboards above.
A full height storage cupboard is fitted to the rear of the vehicle.

Power supply and services

Power is supplied via a 5kw rated petrol-driven built-in generator to provide a 230 volt electrical supply throughout the interior.
Mains consumer unit comes linked to an input socket 8 lights and 5 13amp sockets.
Ducted warm air heating system provides heat throughout the vehicle.
A roof-mounted air conditioning unit provides climate control facilities.
