We provide ply Lining services for all makes and size of vans installing plywood panels on interior walls, roof, and wheel arches. Our lining serves several purposes, including protection, insulation, and providing a durable surface for securing cargo or installing van conversions.

It also helps to minimise scratches, dents, and general wear and tear that may occur during transportation caused by shifting cargo or during loading and unloading.

Our high-quality ply lining is suitable for withstanding the demands of regular use in a van being able to resist impacts and moisture, ensuring long-lasting protection for the van’s interior.

It also provides some level of insulation, reducing heat transfer between the van’s metal body and the interior space. This insulation can help maintain a more comfortable temperature inside the van and improve energy efficiency.

Ply lining is easy to maintain. Regular cleaning with a mild detergent and water should keep the panels clean and free from dirt or debris. It is important to address any signs of moisture or damage promptly to prevent potential issues such as rot or mould.

Decorative finishes

In addition to installing traditional ply lining, we often use this as a base for the application of more decorative finishes such as carpet lining used primarily in campervans, day vans and minibuses or a plastic laminate used principally in mobile veterinary surgeries and incident response vehicles.

We offer a wide range of colour and material finishes.

Flooring

We normally include flooring in any package (although it is optional) and use long lasting materials such as WISA plywood panels which provide a longer and more durable surface than basic plywood.
